* All Landlords will be asked to pay $LAY and $ORB fee for collecting their $LAY and $ORB, regardless of the country they own.
* The payment made by all Landlords will be redirected to the governance treasury for the growth of OrbCity ecosystem and empowerment of GC members.
* The team will hold no control over the governance treasury and full ownership will be relegated to the governance contract via governance system.
