# LandFi

### OrbCity is a decentralized LandFi(Land based NFT + DeFi) project built on the Polygon Blockchain.

* District owners and Building owners generate utility token called $LAY007, which can be used to farm $ORB, governance token, and mint New Districts & Building.
* $ORB Tokens can be used for minting new Districts and  Building NFT. Or you can use $ORB to upgrade Districts and Buildings for an increasing farming rate of $LAY007 reward.
* Non-District owners can play daily tasks for owners and earn a reward, $SCRAP. $SCRAP cannot be sold or sent to another wallet. It can be used to farm $ORB & LAY007 Part NFT.
