# Locating System

#### The building's locating system is one of the key elements. Building owners can contract with landowners to locate their buildings on land. Locating is a kind of staking concept, where a building owner can stake their building to a land to produce $Lay 007. However, they must pay a portion of the $Lay 007 produced to the landowner in taxes. Staking requires a contract between the landowner and the building owner, with a minimum contract period of 7 days. After 7 days, either the landowner or the building owner can cancel the contract (if not canceled, it will be automatically extended).
