📃Contract

The duration of the contract between the landowner and the building owner is 7 days. After 7 days, either party can withdraw from the contract, and the contract is automatically extended on the same terms and conditions, provided that they do not trigger an agreement to terminate the contract. During the contract period, the building owners should consider the following points.

  1. Buildinng owners can only produce $Lay 007 during the contract period.

  2. Buildinng owners must pay taxes to the contractor(=landowner) during the contract period.

  3. Buildinng owners cannot do Construction during the contract period.

  4. Buildinng owners cannot upgrade their building during the contract period.
