šŸ’øTax System

TAX=110āˆ¼210āˆ—Lay Mining TAX={1\over10}\sim {2\over10}*Lay~Mining

After signing a contract with the landowner, the building owner must pay taxes to the District.

  • When a building owner claims 'Get Lay' to get $Lay 007, the tax is automatically paid.

  • Landowners receive taxes at different times for each contractor because of the different claiming times.

  • The tax can be set by the building owners, with a minimum of 10% to 20%, and can be used to drive competition for contracts.

  • The building owner must have a contract with the landowner to get $Lay 007.

  • If building owners pay more taxes at level 1 of the same tier, they'll be able to get a better deal than at level 3 of it.

  • Conversely, building owners with a level 3 building of the same tier can compete for contracts from a position of strength, even if they pay less tax.

Note: 20% of the taxes that landlords receive from building owners go to the Governance Treasury.

Note: Please note that all figures are subject to change by governance.
